We accept returns of products within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. After this time, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns.

2. Return Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• All returns must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items on final promotion or marked as non-refundable cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance for shipping. La Maison des Housses cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item without proof of tracking.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not impose any restocking fees for returned items.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the validation or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, the refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.

6. Non-returnable items

• Items marked as a final promotion cannot be returned or refunded.
• Gift cards and personalized items are not eligible for returns.
